PAYMENT

​

✔️  payment is made either in cash or on account.

Payment must be credited to the account no later than the day of the first lesson.

I recommend sending the money a few days before,

to avoid fees for using "immediate payment".
 

 

RESCHEDULING LESSONS

​

✔️ I do not support the cancellation of classes. Especially if we only have one lesson per week. Unfortunately, with only one lesson every 14 days, it would not be possible to progress in the language, and it would not be advantageous for me either. That's why I always try to find an alternative date to mutual satisfaction. 

​

✔️ rescheduling classes means creating an alternative date outside the framework of already agreed regular lessons. That means another day, or 2 lessons instead of one. 

​

✔️  the lesson can be moved to another day free of charge no later than 48 hours before the start of the planned lesson. After such period, the full price is payable, even if the lesson does not take place. However, I prefer a notice at least a week in advance :-)
